Audition Essentials is back again this year and registration is OPEN! Join us Wednesday, March 25th from 3-7P alongside special guest, Jarrett Reiche, from Casting by Arc!

This workshop elevates a dancer’s audition skills while emphasizing clarity, consistency, musicality, and performance under pressure.

Dancers will work through tap, jazz, and kick combinations inspired by the structure and expectations of a professional audition setting.

We’ll prioritize clean technique, timing, alignment, and performance skills while encouraging dancers to approach material with confidence and intention. In addition to group instruction, dancers will receive individualized 1:1 feedback, offering personalized insight and guidance to support each dancer’s preparation and growth!

A Pittsburgh native with dual degrees in Theatre and Business from Marymount Manhattan College, Jarrett began his career at Binder Casting and rose to his current role at ARC. His recent credits include Disney’s The Lion King, Othello (starring Denzel Washington and Jake Gyllenhaal), Romeo & Juliet (A.R.T.), The Christmas Spectacular Starring the Radio City Rockettes and My Best Friend’s Wedding and Little Shop of Horrors at Ogunquit Playhouse. Combining creative insight with business acumen, Jarrett continues to shape high-profile theatrical productions.
