Overview

The 4Rs Strategy Intensive (Solopreneur Edition) is a one-day, hands-on planning experience designed for independent business owners who want to stop reacting and start running their business with intention.

Using the Reflect–Reframe–Rally–Reinforce framework, you’ll step back to understand what’s really happening in your business, decide what matters most, and turn those decisions into a focused, executable plan that fits your real constraints.

This session is delivered live online and designed to be practical, grounded, and immediately applicable. You’ll leave the day with clarity, priorities, and a clear path forward, not just ideas.

The solopreneur edition is offered as a public, cohort-based experience, combining individual work with shared learning and perspective from other solopreneurs navigating similar challenges.

What to Expect

This is not a webinar or lecture-style workshop. It’s an active, facilitated working session designed to help you think, decide, and plan without distractions.

Before the workshop, you’ll complete a short pre-work activity (the Intentional Growth Diagnostic™), which takes ~15–20 minutes. To ensure your results are incorporated into the session, the diagnostic should be submitted a few days in advance.

Throughout the day, you’ll alternate between:

• Guided individual work time
  
  
• Structured reflection
  
  
• Facilitated group discussion
  

During guided individual work time, you’ll be prompted to apply specific questions and complete exercises directly to your own business, for example, identifying where your time and energy are currently going, clarifying which priorities are driving (or diluting) results, and sequencing work into realistic, completable actions. You’ll do this work in your own private planning space, with clear instructions and time cues to keep things moving.

Although the session is delivered online, it is highly interactive. We’ll use Zoom for conversation and Miro as a visual planning workspace for your work, with clear instructions and time to get comfortable with the tools. No prior experience is required.

Each participant works in their own private planning space, allowing for focus and confidentiality, while still benefiting from shared discussion and perspective. The pace is intentional, with regular breaks built in to support energy and focus.

Together, these elements help ensure the work you do during the workshop translates into sustained action, rather than another plan that fades once real life resumes.

Participants who want deeper support can optionally engage in additional 1:1 coaching after the session.

Beta Pricing (Pilot Cohort)

This session is being offered as a pilot cohort, with intentionally reduced pricing in exchange for participant feedback. This session is limited to 12 businesses to ensure depth, focus, and meaningful engagement.

Companion Pass (Optional)

The companion pass is designed for a spouse, partner, assistant, or collaborator who supports your work and will help with execution after the session.

Companion pass holders participate alongside you but are not intended to be separate planning leads. Companion passes are offered at a reduced beta rate and may be priced differently in future sessions.

This pilot cohort is designed to balance real value with learning. You’ll receive the full experience, with the understanding that some elements may evolve based on participant feedback.
