Sprinkle Cake Decorating Workshop
Get ready to design, swirl, and sprinkle at our Spring Sprinkle Cake Decorating Workshop! Led by CIA Graduate and Pastry Chef Julia Reddan, this teen-focused event is all about bold color and creativity. Using buttercream you will learn how to frost a mini 5-inch vanilla cake, then take your mini cake over to the sprinkle station and fully coat or half coat your cake in funfetti sprinkles. Learn how to color icing, and fill a piping bag. With a template provided, you will also learn to pipe cake borders and decorative rosettes to add even more decor to your mini-masterpiece.
This workshop is offered with two options:
$35 for Piping Template & Piping Instruction (no cake included, you provide your own 5” cake) to learn the basics along with unlimited use of tools, buttercream and sprinkles.
$60 for 5", two-layer Vanilla Cake to take home, Piping Template & Instruction along with unlimited use of tools, buttercream, and sprinkles to complete your cake. Cake box will be available to transport your cake home with you.
