SELF CARE & CLINICAL INTEGRATION

Elemental Balance • Seasonal Rhythms • Frequencies • Points • Protocols

Step into a supportive learning space focused on practitioner and client self-care as an essential foundation for ethical, sustainable, and effective clinical practice.

In this forum, we will explore how self-care is supported through Five Element theory, seasonal medicine, Acutonics® frequencies, point relationships, and clinical protocols. Together, we’ll look at how to nourish the practitioner’s field while also guiding clients toward practical, accessible self-care that supports treatment outcomes.

Self-care is not separate from clinical skill—it is part of the medicine. When practitioners are resourced, presence deepens, listening becomes clearer, and sessions become more effective and sustainable.

What We’ll Explore

Elemental & Seasonal Self-Care
Understand how Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water express through physical, emotional, and energetic needs, and how to support balance through seasonal rhythms.

Frequencies, Points & Acutonics® Protocols
Explore specific tuning fork frequencies, point selections, and protocols that support restoration, grounding, regulation, and vitality for both practitioner and client.

Client Self-Care in Practice
Learn how to offer self-care guidance that is realistic, supportive, and aligned with each client’s capacity and constitution.

Practical Application & Community Forum
Bring your questions, case reflections, and experiences. Together, we’ll share insights, resources, and clinical perspectives.

Earning Clinical Hours

Clinical hours are optional and available to those enrolled in Acutonics Practitioner Certification.

To earn 3 clinical hours from this Clinical Review Forum:

1. Attend the Live Session (2 Hours)
Clinical hours are awarded for full participation in the live study group.

2. Submit a Short Reflective Write-Up (1 Hour)
After the session, you’ll be invited to submit a brief written reflection responding to guiding questions such as:

  • What insight, practice, or discussion stood out to you around practitioner or client self-care?
  • How might you apply one frequency, point, or protocol to support greater balance in your own practice?
  • What self-care principle will you integrate into your clinical work moving forward?

This reflection is designed to support integration and learning—not evaluation.
