Arts Experience at Loyalist

Course Overview: Create a stunning and delicious cupcake bouquet in this hands-on workshop that brings together buttercream decorating and floral-inspired design. Participants will learn how to shape and layer buttercream to create beautiful flower forms, and how to make smooth, pipeable buttercream and coloured icing. Step-by-step guidance focuses on building individual flowers, gaining confidence with piping techniques, and experimenting with different tips to create texture and realistic results. The workshop wraps up with arranging your finished cupcakes into a beautiful edible bouquet to take home and enjoy.

All materials, tools, and seven pre-made cupcakes are included.

• Workshop price: $115.00. HST is not included in the price.
• Material fee of $15.00 is included in the price.
• This course takes place at the Belleville campus: 376 Wallbridge Loyalist Rd, Belleville, ON K8N 5B9
• Campus information, including room number, parking, directions, etc., will be provided closer to the start date.
• A refund (less $20.00 administrative fee) will be issued if you withdraw from a class at least 14 days before the start date of the class. After this deadline, no refunds will be issued.
• If a course is cancelled by Loyalist College, registered students will be provided with a full refund. College decisions to cancel a course will be made 14 days before the class start date.
