CPR Training
The Signal Mountain Fire Department is offering an American Heart Association certified class for the public. There is no age requirement to take the class and we encourage any teenagers who want to babysit or lifeguard to learn this valuable skill. There is a limited number of seats per class. If you're interested, please sign up.
We will be going over adult, child, and infant CPR. As well as choking, using an epi pen, Automated external defibrillator (AED) use and some basic first aid. If you know anyone else who would benefit from taking this class, please share this information.
Each student who passes will obtain an American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR card. The class itself is free, but the American Heart Association CPR card is $23. You may pay with cash, but please bring the exact amount as we will not be able to make change, a check made out to the Signal Mountain Fire Department or a credit card (there is a 3.5% processing fee) on the day of your class.
