Arts Experience at Loyalist

Course Overview: Join us for a one-day eco-printing workshop exploring botanical dyeing and printing with leaves, flowers and natural minerals. In this hands-on class, participants will learn eco-dyeing techniques to capture the beauty of nature on fabric and paper, create a one-of-a-kind silk scarf using eco-printing and explore Hapa Zome to make botanical prints on paper. All materials are provided, including a silk scarf, watercolor paper, natural dyes, mordants and tools, for a creative and relaxing day of making.

Important Notes:

• Workshop price: $142.00. HST is not included in the price.
• Material fee of $40.00 is included in the price. 
• This course takes place at the Belleville Campus: 376 Wallbridge Loyalist Rd, Belleville, ON K8N 5B9. An email with additional instructions will be shared closer to the start date.
• A refund (less $20.00 administrative fee) will be issued if you withdraw from a class at least 14 days before the start date of the class. After this deadline, no refunds will be issued.
• If a course is cancelled by Loyalist College, registered students will be provided with a full refund. College decisions to cancel a course will be made 14 days before the course start date.
