Yoga For Hikers
Come connect with other hikers and join us for an all-levels yoga class designed to help you prepare for—and recover from—hitting the trail. We’ll focus on building strength, stability, and mobility in the legs, hips, and core while gently releasing tension in the calves, hamstrings, and lower back. Expect a balance of deep stretching, steady flows, and mindful breathing. The class is 60 minutes and will begin with a warm-up and end with a wind-down that you can practice at home. Beginners welcome! Please bring a yoga mat if you have one; if you do not have a mat, there are a limited number available to borrow, please let us know so we can do our best to accommodate.
