Lee Ann Wiiki is the Founder and CEO of Lintu Solutions, a HUBZone-certified AI and cybersecurity consultancy focused on responsible, secure, and human-centered AI adoption for organizations. Lintu Solutions helps businesses, public sector entities, and nonprofits use AI to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and reduce operational risk—without sacrificing judgment, ethics, or accountability.
Lee Ann Wiiki is an award-winning executive and CEO who has led and scaled technology organizations for over 20 years, delivering more than $1B in contract wins, owning P&Ls up to $80M, and founding Lintu Solutions, a HUBZone-certified AI and cybersecurity firm serving federal and commercial clients. She has formal education in electrical engineering and information systems management and holds advanced certifications in AI and data platforms, including Palantir Foundry Foundations, Generative AI and LLM credentials, and ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 Lead Implementer certifications.
Lee Ann leads an AI Apprenticeship Program in Hampshire County, West Virginia, pairing workforce development with real-world AI production. Through this program, apprentices build secure, purpose-driven AI agents under professional supervision, reinforcing the belief that AI should create opportunity—not replace people.
She is a frequent speaker on responsible AI, cybersecurity, and workforce transformation. Her speaking engagements include a sold-out session at the Strategic HR Summit in Sedona (February 2026), the Maine HR Convention (2025), a workforce development webinar for Eastern West Virginia Community and Technical College entitled “Prompt Engineering for Everyone”, and a small business AI adoption event in Winchester, Virginia. She regularly advises organizational leaders on how to integrate AI intentionally, ethically, and safely—ensuring technology serves people, not the other way around.
