This form is for currently enrolled families who intend to return for the 2026–2027 school year and whose child will be entering 7th Grade.

By completing this form, you are indicating your intent to return and requesting priority consideration for enrollment before registration opens to new families. Please note that submitting this form helps us reserve your child’s place during the priority window. Final enrollment is confirmed once this form is completed and registration fees have been paid or payment plans have been confirmed with the school office.

Please note, registration funds are non-refundable, as they are used to budget and prepare for the upcoming school year. If your Tier 1 Opportunity Scholarship Fund later covers this fee, and you are still enrolled as a student, you will be reimbursed at the end of each semester. ($225 in January 2027 and $225 in May 2027)

Absolutely no registration refunds will be given for early student withdrawal.
