First Aid Response – PHECC Approved

This one-day (8-hour) First Aid Response course is a PHECC approved programme and recommended by Irish Sailing.

It is designed for sailors, instructors, coaches, and members of the public who wish to gain practical, recognised first aid skills — including First Aid in a marine environment.

Delivered by Olivia Byrne, the course takes place at our Training Centre at Galway Bay Sailing Club, Rinville.

The course is highly practical and scenario-based, ensuring participants gain confidence responding to emergencies both ashore and afloat.

Upon successful completion, participants will receive a PHECC First Aid Response Certificate.
