Led by Elina Erzikova, CMU faculty in the School of Communication, Journalism and Media

In this fun, hands-on public relations camp, you’ll become a PR manager for Doozies Ice Cream Place in Mt. Pleasant, MI! You’ll work with friends to create colorful posters, videos, and social media posts that help tell Doozies’ story. You’ll learn how social media influencers help spread messages online and even plan ideas for working with influencers in a smart and responsible way. You’ll also learn how to use AI safely and ethically. By the end of the camp, you’ll see how your creative ideas can help a local business reach ice-cream lovers in the community and make a real difference!

Please keep in mind that student interest in the topic enhances not only their experience, but also that of their fellow campers.
