Date: July 13th - July 17th

This specialized intensive for teens will stage a short play in one week with a professional director. This full week will take place in the Richcraft Theatre space, giving students the opportunity to become more comfortable on a professional stage. Students have two streams to choose from:

1. Acting Stream (sign up on this page) - from the audition process to opening night, learn the process of working as an actor. Every student will receive a role, rehearse with the director, and work with the Production & Design Stream to bring the final play to the stage.
2. Production & Design Stream (sign up here) - learn all about what goes on behind-the-scenes, including stage management, costumes, lighting, set and props. Students will work together to create all production and design elements for the play, in collaboration with the Acting Stream.

Our goal is to provide a Teen Intensive that is rewarding, enriching and challenging; that is focused on encouraging participation; and that helps students try out new skills in a kind and accepting environment.

This intensive will end with a performance on the Richcraft Theatre stage on Friday, July 17th at 7:30pm. Bring your friends and relations!

To help us cover theatre costs we ask for a small voluntary donation of $5 - "High FIVES For Theatre!" We also ask for a non-perishable food item donation for the Orleans-Cumberland Resource Centre.
