PEACE Academy

In this semester-long health class students will study human development from conception through childhood to old age. Students will read the text, take tests, participate in experiential learning opportunities (guests of various ages will join us in class), and research topics related to human development. Students should plan on spending an hour a day on this class, but some weeks will be lighter.

The course is for students in 9th-12th grades.

The course fee is $200 with a textbook fee of $40, for a total cost of $240. If a second child from the same family enrolls in the class, the textbook fee may be waived for that child. Please speak with the teacher to confirm. A non-refundable $100 deposit is required in order to complete your registration. An early bird discount of $25 will be applied if registration is completed by May 31. Instructions for submitting that payment will be emailed to you after you submit your registration. The balance of the course fee is August 13, unless a payment plan has been arranged with the teacher.
