Tuesday Evening Pottery (Adults)

8 TUESDAYS: March 17, 24, 31, April 7, 14, 21, 28, May 5 5:30-8:30 pm ET
$166.50 member, $195 non-member clay $30/25# + $30 tools if needed.

For beginners with no experience and intermediate students. We will work on hand building and/or wheel throwing. We will explore the properties of clay and how to form it, decorating techniques, and glaze application. All classes use stoneware clay fired in electric kilns to cone 6 with glazes made in house. Students may bring their own tools or purchase a kit for $30. All students are required to purchase clay from us at $30 for 25 pounds which includes glaze and firing fees.  

 Double your class hours with any combination of up to 8 supervised open studios on Saturday mornings 9:30-12:30, Tuesdays 10-1, Thursdays 10-1 or Friday nights 5-8 pm, Sundays 2:30-5:30pm.
