Build and Play
Join this fun family hands-on DIY Music Instrument Making Workshop for families to exploring creativity and sound. Participants will build and play instruments made from recycled and natural materials, discovering how music can be accessible, affordable, and found all around us.
Core Instruments (in-session builds):
- Ocean Drum
- Bottle Cap Claves
- Shell Shakers
Participants choose which instruments to build, and time permitting, they may create more than one. Instruments are not set in stone and may change based on available materials. Facilitator support is provided at each station to guide construction and safe use of materials.
