This continuing education course is designed for every home inspector, appraiser and real estate salesperson/broker to familiarize some of the less familiar aspects of the electrical systems and to improve the general understanding by explaining some of the more difficult aspects of the electrical system. After the course attendants should have a better understanding of the importance of properly functioning electrical systems and be able to perform their real estate duties more efficiently and
effectively. This course will identify the basic inspection requirements in regards to FHA, VA, USDA and HUD requirements.

The webinar will be a live course and/or run the same times as the classroom course. You will be able to log in with any device that has internet access (We do recommend using a device with a large enough screen so you will be able to see the PowerPoint and course material clearly) The instructor will lead the class live, you will be able to ask questions and participate in class discussions all in real-time.
