Welcome to competitive robotics! Combat Robotics is just one of many different competitive robotics options out there. It involves two tel-operated robots attempting to disable the other robot within an arena. In the class, you will learn about Combat Robotics competitions-- what they look like, what the rules are, etc. And then you will learn what goes into designing a robot, how to pick the parts for your robot, and then you will build a combat robot with your selected specifications. The last hour of the class will be spent practicing against other Combat Robot enthusiasts! Each student will walk away from the class with your very own Combat Robot, as well as your own RC transmitter!

There is a $120 fee for this class, payable upon enrollment. If you need to cancel your registration after paying, please contact education@rocmakers.org to arrange a refund. We cannot provide refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of class.
