In this two-part class, students will learn how to make a farm house mug. We will be making up to 3 mugs if time allows. This mug is a bit bigger than a traditional mug, and it is bellied out in the middle. During the first class we will be using craft foam to create a template for future use when making your own mugs. We will use clay slabs and texture, if desired, to make these unique mugs. We will also learn to make handles using Diamond Core Tools handle extruders. During the second class we will glaze our mugs using RRAC studio glazes. Finished mugs will be ready 2–3 weeks after the last class.
