Rongomamau

This will be a short intro to Rongomamau for generations of women in a family to improve their understanding and appreciation of each other.

You will learn from Umutakarangi, The Last Warrior Priest of Rongomamau:

• Understanding where you came from and why your creation is sacred and special
• How to apply Maorooro to the phases of your day to lift your energy and cope with conflict at home
• Basic martial art moves for self defense and strength of mind to practice together at home
• The Pehi-pehi or sacred guides that bring harmony and peace to your home and your family

Everyone attending will receive a printed Pehipehi poster for their home to take home.
