Entomology For Fly Fishers
Ever heard a fly fisher say, "Match the Hatch!", but not sure what they mean? Or have you been fishing now for awhile and see insects flying all around, but can't catch a single fish? Then this is a good place to start.
Come down to our Clubhouse on Saturday May. 23rd, from 8a-12p and learn about what trout (and other fish) eat and, why and how it can help you land more fish in the net.
We will cover not only the Major insects, but also other 'items' they feed on and some of the flies used to improve you catch rate.
Nothing needed, except your questions. After completion of the class, you will be emailed several items to help you review what was covered and some useful videos suggestions that will help you spot what those pesky fish are eating and how to use this info.
Tightlines, and see you there.
