Required Software:  SensoWin software for ServiceMaster Connect (Version 7.1 or lower).

Signing In:
You will receive 4 emails regarding our new Envoy sign-in process. Each day you will have a QR code that you will use on the Envoy machine in the lobby to sign-in.

Parking:
Visitor parking is limited, so carpooling when possible is encouraged. Please park in the North Entrance Visitor’s parking lot. 

What to bring to the course:

• Scientific Calculator or App
• Laptop or Notebook Computer for spreadsheet calculations and SensoWin Software
• Required Software: SensoWin for ServiceMaster Connect (Version 7.5 or higher) and ProPVplus (Version 3.6.4.2)

Dress code:

• • For Training Course: Polos, jeans, & non-slip shoes
• For Dinner: Casual

Meals:

• • Please eat at the hotel as there will be no breakfast food provided at the training.
  • Lunch will be provided by Parker at the training course daily. 
  • Snacks are available for purchase from the vending area at the division.
  • Participants are on their own for dinner Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
  • Parker will host a Class dinner on Tuesday evening. Dinner details below.

Hotel Room Rate Varies between $130-160 per night plus fees for King One Bedroom Suite (includes breakfast).

Attendees are responsible for all of their own hotel and travel expenses. Attendees must book their own hotel and make their own travel arrangements.
