During the tour, you’ll see firsthand how we receive, clean, size, and carefully inspect raw peanuts to ensure only the highest quality move forward in our process. Our team will walk you through each stage of production, explaining the science and craftsmanship behind roasting, blanching, and processing.
You’ll observe:
- Quality Control & Grading: How we evaluate incoming peanuts for size, moisture, and overall quality.
- Cleaning & Shelling: The equipment and technology used to prepare peanuts for roasting.
- Precision Roasting: Our roasting systems that carefully control temperature and time to achieve optimal flavor, texture, and consistency.
- Blanching & Processing: How peanuts are further processed for various applications, including splitting, sizing, or preparing for ingredient use.
- Food Safety Practices: The strict safety and sanitation standards we follow to ensure product integrity at every step.
This event is intended for a group of up to 25 high school students.
