Yin/Yang Yoga (Beginner Friendly) | Friday, February 27, 9:30am
This class offers the perfect blend of movement and stillness, helping you find balance in both body and mind. We begin with a focus on flowing Yang movements (think strong and effortful) to build warmth and energy. We wind down with longer-held Yin postures (think gentle and supported) to encourage deep release and relaxation. Whether you're new to yoga or looking for a practice that nurtures both strength and softness, this class will leave you feeling refreshed, centered, and at ease.
This class is beginner friendly.

Please bring a yoga mat (we have a few extras if needed) and a water bottle and wear comfy clothes.
Doors will open at about 9:20am. Note that class begins at 9:30am, so please arrive with enough time to set up your mat and get comfortable before start time.
