Integral Change Practitioners Cohort

6+ Month Applied Learning & Practice Program
Starts May 2026 | Virtual | Twice-Monthly Cohort Sessions

Transformational Capability in Real-World Change

Leading change in complex systems demands more than good intentions — it requires a repeatable, systemic, and human-centered approach. The Integral Change Practitioners Cohort equips experienced leaders, coaches, and change professionals with the complete Integral Change Model and the practical capability to apply it in their real work.

Rooted in the Integral Agile Transformation Framework (IATF) — your foundational compass for diagnosing and navigating complexity — this cohort blends theory + practice + community over six months. You’ll develop deep practical skills in working with leadership, culture, structure, and systems in ways that create lasting impact.

Along the way, participants also earn the ICAgile Certified Expert in Enterprise Coaching (ICE-EC) designation, fully included with registration and integrated into the learning journey.

We’re honored to have 90+ Cohort Grads who have earned their ICAgile Certified Expert in Enterprise Coaching (ICE-EC) designation!

How the Cohort Works

Orientation & Foundation (May)

We begin together online with two sessions that set the container for trust, shared language, and expectations. You’ll be introduced to the Integral Change Model, how the cohort will work, and how to get the most from your learning.

May Orientation: May 11-12th, 2026 / 3:30-5:30 pm Eastern

Twice-Monthly Cohort Sessions (May–November)

Each month, the cohort meets twice for 1.5 hours to:

  • Expand your understanding of specific aspects of the Integral Change Model
  • Sense-make across real client and organizational applications
  • Integrate inner (leadership / self) and outer (systems / tools) dimensions
  • Connect with guest practitioners on focused capability topics

These sessions are interactive, practice-oriented, and designed to deepen your ability to work with complexity.

Session Dates: Every other Tuesday beginning May 26, ending in November (12 total sessions)

Session Time: To be decided with the Cohort during Orientation. We will aim to consider the timezones represented by the participants and given the instructor availability to accommodate.

Triad Practice (Bi-Weekly)

Between the full cohort sessions, you’ll meet 2x per month for 1 hour with your triad or small group (actual size depends on # of registrants in the program).

  • Apply tools and practices to your real work
  • Reflect on challenges & learning edges
  • Support each other’s growth and accountability
  • Triads are self-facilitated with structured guides and prompts that align with cohort themes.

1:1 Coaching with Instructor

  • One 1-hour Leadership Coaching session & debrief on The Leadership Circle assessment results
  • Two 30-minute coaching sessions – one of which must be used for your Case Study pre-review before the end of the program.

Integration & Culmination (November)

In the final sessions, we bring your learning together — integrating your experience with the full Integral Change Model and charting your personal next steps as a change practitioner. This is also where readiness for ICE-EC assessment is supported and affirmed.

*Participants must be in attendance for the Orientation & Foundation sessions.

*Participants may not miss more than 2 of the total monthly sessions in order to meet the hours requirements for the ICE-EC designation.

What You Will Walk Away With

Participants leave this cohort with:

  • Mastery of the Integral Change Model — a comprehensive, practical framework for real change
  • Worksheets, templates, and tools to apply immediately in your change work
  • A sustained practice rhythm that connects learning to your real organizational context
  • A supportive community of peers for ongoing growth
  • The ICAgile ICE-EC Certification — included with your cohort registration, provided you meet the full requirements with your case study

Certification Included — Powered by ICAgile

The ICAgile Certified Expert in Enterprise Coaching (ICE-EC) designation is awarded upon successful completion of cohort requirements. This expert-level certification recognizes your ability to demonstrate competence in enterprise-level change and coaching, grounded in real application and integrated practice.

You’ll also earn associated micro-credentials tied to the learning milestones and demonstrated capabilities throughout the program.

ICAgile Certifications

  • ICAgile ICE-EC (Expert in Enterprise Coaching) Certification upon successful completion of requirements. This is the first Enterprise Coaching program to be accredited by ICAgile for the expert level certification in Enterprise Coaching.
  • ICAgile “Coaching Conversations” new Micro-Credential upon successful completion of requirements.

Prerequisites

This is a competency-based cohort program, designed for practitioners actively engaged in organizational work. To ensure a meaningful and applied learning experience, the following are required:

  • An Organizational Client Engagement
You must have a current client (internal or external) where you can apply your learning and develop a case study. This does not need to be at the executive (C-level), but should extend beyond a single team—for example, work with HR, leadership, portfolio/program management, or cross-functional groups is appropriate.
Note: If your engagement changes or ends during the cohort, we’ll work with you to identify an alternative so you can still complete your case study.
  • Leadership Circle Profile (LCP)
You’ll complete a full 360-degree Leadership Circle Profile prior to Day 1 of Basecamp. This is included in your tuition, and we’ll guide you through the setup process.
  • ICAgile Prerequisites
To receive ICAgile’s expert-level certification (ICE-EC), you must first complete:
    • ICP-ENT (Agility in the Enterprise)
    • ICP-CAT (Coaching Agile Transitions)

*If you have not yet received the ICAgile ICP-ENT and ICP-CAT, we have an upcoming course that starts March 9th. We offer a substantial discount on the course if you also register for the Cohort program.
