Stress relief - Dealing with difficult thoughts
In this weekly one-hour workshop, you will explore how your thoughts influence your mood and emotions, and you will practice developing more helpful ways of thinking.
Challenge negative thought patterns
During our weekly online stress-relief sessions, we will identify destructive or unhelpful thoughts using cognitive therapy techniques. These patterns often contribute to feelings such as fear of failure and study-related stress. We will work on replacing unhelpful patterns with more balanced, constructive thoughts. By understanding the cognitive model, you will be able to apply these skills to a lot of challenging situations you encounter. Please note that this is an interactive session, and you will be encouraged to participate and share your experiences. For privacy and safety, as well as full engagement, your camera and microphone need to be switched on.
