A fresh start for your style and your self‑image.
This uplifting one‑day workshop is for women who want to feel more confident and aligned in how they show up in the world. We’ll start from the inside out; exploring how we see ourselves, what holds us back, and simple ways to reconnect with our worth, then move into the fun, practical side of personal style so you can dress with ease and authenticity.

  • What true confidence is and how to grow it:
  • Understand the mindsets and micro‑habits that build genuine self‑belief.
  • How to dress for your unique body shape:
  • Silhouettes, proportions, and fit that celebrate your shape.
  • Style personalities discovering what suits you:
  • Find your signature vibe and translate it into outfits you love to wear.
  • A clear overview of colour theory:
  • Cool vs warm, light vs deep, learn how to choose flattering palettes.
  • Practical outfit ideas for everyday life, work, and special occasions:
