STEM East

Hands-on Heroes is an event taking place on Tuesday, April 14th, at James Sprunt Community College. This event will target high school students in grades 9-12. Hands-on Heroes will focus on our Continuing Education Fire and EMS Programs at James Sprunt Community College and the current job market and trends. Students will learn about program requirements, participate in hands-on activities, and tour the mobile ambulance. The event will run from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and have a maximum of 30 participants.

James Sprunt Community College is partnering directly with Duplin County Schools and the Health Science Academy for this event.
