8th Grade American History (Virtual Tuesday / In Person Thursday)
8th Grade American History $400 + $25 Supply Fee
Step into history and experience the story of America through hands-on learning, collaboration, and real-world connections. This course empowers students to think like historians, ask meaningful questions, and understand how America’s past continues to shape its present and future. It is interactive, and project-based which helps bring the past to life by engaging students as historians, investigators, and creators. Rather than memorizing dates and facts alone, students explore big questions like: what does freedom mean, how conflict has shaped the nation, and whose voices have been heard and whose have been left out? By the end of the year, students will not just know American history. They will understand it, and connect it to their own role in our nation’s ongoing story.
