eXtend Homeschool Tutorial

6th Grade Social Studies/History $400 + $25 Supply fee

This class is designed to provide students with an overview of several ancient civilizations. Throughout the year, we’ll study Mesopotamia, Egypt, Greece, Israel, China, and Rome (not necessarily in that order). For each civilization, we will consider the people's beliefs, the challenges they faced, the contributions they made to their society or, on a larger scale, to society at large, any geographical implications, and possible connections. We will engage with the content through text, discussions, video, and hands-on projects.
