Yin Yang Yoga - IN PERSON

Using the aid of a chair, our certified yoga instructor will guide you through a series of movements. Poses are done seated or a chair is used for support during standing poses and bends.

This class is offered in a hybrid format so participants can attend in person or virtually via Zoom.
