Arts Experience at Loyalist

Camp Overview:

This week-long creative camp is perfect for young artists who love to make, experiment, and explore. Over the course of the week, students will build skills while exploring a variety of artistic mediums, including watercolour and acrylic painting, sketching, chalk pastel, printmaking, papier-mâché, clay and more. Using still-life objects, photo references, nature and their own imagination as inspiration, campers will create original artwork in a fun, encouraging studio environment. Expect a mix of art-making, creative games and outdoor inspiration to keep ideas flowing all week long. A love of creativity, curiosity, and a willingness to get a little messy is highly recommended!

Ages: 7 – 12

Skill Level:  All skill levels are welcome

• 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

Important Notes:

• Camp fee: $300.00. A $25.00 material fee is included in the price. 
• The camp is located at our Bancroft Campus: 195 Hastings Street North, Bancroft, ON K0L 1C0
• Additional intake forms will be shared prior to the start of camp.
• A refund (less $20.00 administrative fee) will be issued if you withdraw from the class at least 14 days before the start date of the class. After this deadline, no refunds will be issued.
• If a camp is cancelled by Loyalist College, registered students will be provided with a full refund. College decisions to cancel a camp will be made three weeks before the start date.
