Canto 101: Our Organization-Wide Photo Storage & Best Practices

Canto is Goddard Riverside’s official platform for storing and organizing program photos. This training will introduce Canto as the standard system for photo storage across the organization and walk through how programs can use it effectively.

In this session, you’ll learn:

• What Canto is and why we use it
• How to upload photos to your program portal
• How to use keywords and metadata so images are searchable
• Basic tips for capturing stronger program photos
• Required consent guidelines before sharing or publishing images
