The School of Prophetic Leadership Yearlong Formation Pathway is an intentional journey designed to develop prophetic leaders with depth, discernment, and durability.

The Six Pillars of Growth

The Yearlong Formation Pathway unfolds through six integrated pillars that develop leaders progressively throughout the year.

1. Formation Gateway

Every journey begins with grounding.

The Formation Gateway anchors participants in spiritual identity, biblical foundations, and the core disciplines necessary for prophetic leadership.

Revelation must flow from intimacy and alignment, not impulse or ambition.

2. Core Courses

The Core Courses provide theological structure and conceptual clarity.

Courses such as SPL1000: Prophetic Leadership Principles establish:

• Biblical foundations of prophecy
• Discernment and interpretation frameworks
• Leadership posture and responsibility
• Ethical boundaries and spiritual accountability
  

This is where passion becomes disciplined leadership.

3. Practicum Tracks

Formation requires practice.

Practicum Tracks provide applied environments for growth in areas such as:

• Healing ministry
• Intercession
• Prophetic worship
• Evangelistic engagement
  

Participants receive guided activation, structured feedback, and mentorship within safe but stretching environments.

4. Formation Labs

Formation Labs move participants from revelation to implementation.

These labs focus on vision development, strategy design, and practical execution — equipping leaders to translate insight into sustainable ministry or marketplace impact.

Leaders learn not only how to receive vision, but how to steward it responsibly.

5. Masterclasses

Masterclasses provide advanced insight for leaders moving into greater responsibility.

These sessions address:

• Apostolic governance structures

This pillar strengthens leaders for expanded assignments.

6. Certification & Commissioning

Certification is not about status — it is about stewardship.

Participants who complete the pathway may be evaluated for certification and commissioning, affirming readiness for responsible prophetic leadership.

Participants may pursue one of two certification pathways.

CPP — Certified Prophetic Practitioner

Designed for leaders strengthening prophetic clarity and responsible ministry practice.

CPP completion includes:

• • Monthly Labs participation
• • One Practicum Track
• • Mentorship Circle participation

MPP — Master Prophetic Practitioner

Designed for seasoned leaders called to govern, mentor, and multiply prophetic leadership.

MPP includes:

• • All four Core Courses (SPL1000–5000)
• • All four Practicum Tracks
• • Advanced Mentorship Track
• • Capstone Project
• • Final Commissioning at Master level
