Simple steps, and helpful guidelines & techniques make it possible for a novice designer to begin the process of modifying designs and patterns, or making your own from scratch! Instructor George Ayars draws on his 50+ years of glass fabricating and design to help you, and make it more fun, less frightful.

In this two session, lecture and demo class, get an intro to simple tools, materials and techniques. Instructor will present photos, actual panels, development sketches and original patterns to develop your artistic eye and skills. We will also look at published patterns, and how to modify them to fit your needs. Handouts, materials and brief exercises will help cement the methods learned in class.
