*This form is used to enter the entries for the 3/22/2026 QD Spring Semester Tournament (ONLINE) for current QD Learning students. Please read the following instructions carefully.

QD Tournament Participation Requirement
- Students who are enrolled in the listed group classes during the time of the tournament: Interpretation, Platform, Elementary Debate, Limited Prep, and Intro Limited Prep.
- Students who were enrolled in our QD Learning classes during 2026 Spring term.
- Students who are in our Competitive Program
- Tournament Participation is subject to Coach & Admin Approval

Who is eligible to participate?
- Students Grade: 2nd - 12th
- Little Orator Essentials students are not eligible for this tournament
- All entries will be reviewed for approval by our Tournament Lead coaches

How to fill this out?
- Please fill out one form for each participating student.
- Select the event your child is currently learning in the class

Deadlines:
- Register by 3/19/2026. Payment by 3/20/2026 by 12:00pm.
- Any late sign ups will not be accepted.

Entry Fee Per Event for Speech: Current Spring Semester QD Students $0 / Previous QD students not currently enrolled $40

Drop deadline is Mar 19, 2026 at 12:00pm. No refunds will be issued after the drop deadline.
