Community Class: Developing a regular meditation practice
A six-week program to develop a daily meditation practice integrated into your life.

In this program we'll be discussing the basics of posture, the point of focus, and tips to make it through common experiences in meditation. We'll look at the full range of challenges that arise in meditation, from boredom and sleepiness to working with an excited, rapid thinking mind that won't settle down... and everything in between.

Each weekly meeting will give us an opportunity to share our experiences and inspire one another.
We'll be starting with one minute of daily sitting practice and by the end of the six weeks we'll be sitting for 30 minutes on daily basis.
