Introduction to Circular Knitting in the Norwegian Style
This class is designed for knitters ready to expand their skills into circular knitting. You will learn the fundamentals of the Magic Loop method in the Norwegian style, along with a stretchy cast-on and bind-off that creates a clean, professional finish.
Through guided instruction and hands-on practice, you will gain confidence working in the round while understanding how tension and structure function in circular projects. By the end of the class, you will complete a simple cup cozy--perfect for your favorite beverage--and leave with the skills to continue exploring hats, sleeves, and other small-circumference projects on your own.
This class also serves as strong preparation for the upcoming Introduction to Sock Knitting class, beginning April 25, where these same techniques will be applied to full sock construction.
