Exhale at the end of the week with Slow Flow & Stretch.
This class will combine a gentle yoga flow to warm and loosen the muscles with an extended stretch period at the end of class. No long planks or tricky balances, just intentional movement to get out of your mind (and the week's stress) and into your body.
Suitable for all experience levels.
