Integrated Care Condolence Team (ICCT) Fundamentals

An ICC team brings together individual volunteers from Recovery, Disaster Health Services (DHS), Disaster Mental Health (DMH), and Disaster Spiritual Care (DSC) to respond to fatalities, serious injuries, and/or missing persons that have occurred during disasters. This course will describe an ICCT, its structure, roles, and procedures.
Prerequisites:
- Disaster Cycle Services: An Overview (English WBT 25 mins / Spanish WBT 1.5 hrs)
(Note: Learners should already be Disaster Cycle Services workers in Disaster Health Services, Disaster Mental Health, Casework and Recovery Planning, or Disaster Spiritual Care and have completed the appropriate training for their respective activity).
In addition to the above, to receive the ICCT auth, learners must also complete the "Mass Care: An Overview" course.
