The purpose of this course is to prepare the Disaster Cycle Services workforce to establish and maintain collaborative relationships, ensuring inclusive and effective service delivery.

Disaster responders will engage in discussions and scenarios to determine the different skills and behaviors required for building and maintaining internal and external relationships. The course emphasizes the role that collaboration plays in the successful delivery of disaster services.

Note: The class will break 12:00pm - 1:30 for lunch and resume at 1:30pm.

Prerequisites:

• Disaster Cycle Services: An Overview (English WBT 25 mins / Spanish WBT 1.5 hrs)
