Integrated Care Condolence Team (ICCT) for Duty Officers and Disaster Action Team Members

The Integrated Care Condolence Team (ICCT) provides support to individuals and/or family when there has been an unaccounted-for person, seriously injured, and/or a fatality is identified. The ICCT is made up individuals from Recovery, Disaster Mental Health (DMH), Disaster Spiritual Care, and/or Disaster Health Services (DHS).
This class is designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of duty officers and disaster action team members, emphasizing their crucial roles in disaster relief operations and ICCT events. Through this course, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of additional processes, intake suggestions, and protocols necessary for effective disaster response for ICCT events.
