Community Class: Developing a practice of meditation

A six-week program to develop a daily meditation practice integrated into your life.
In this program we'll be discussing the basics of posture, the point of focus, and tips to make it through common experiences in meditation. We'll look at the full range of challenges that arise in meditation, from boredom and sleepiness to working with an excited, rapid thinking mind that won't settle down... and everything in between.
Each weekly meeting will give us an opportunity to share our experiences and inspire one another.
By the end of the six weeks we'll be sitting for five minutes a day and most, if not all, will be able to see the impact that this short period of time has on our lives and on our performances - wherever those may take place.
If you already have a regular meditation practice and want to use this group to increase your daily sitting time, you're welcome to join.
