Before booking, please make sure you have checked the room options and are happy with the cancellation policy below.

To book your place:

Please make sure you are happy with the Cancellation Policy:

• A £100 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to secure your booking
• Cancellations before 19th May 2026, full refund minus deposit/or £100 if paid in full
• Cancellations after 19th May 2026, no refunds

Click on one of the 'Book' buttons, follow the booking steps, and pay either the £100 deposit (under the 'Payment Options' section) or in full if you would prefer. Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

Any outstanding balances will be due by 19th May 2026. You will receive a payment reminder email two weeks before this date, but please also make a note about any payment due in your diary.

Once your booking is confirmed:

We will send out more details about the retreat, including travel and directions, what to bring etc nearer the time.
