Expressive Arts Therapist Betsy Funk will share an original process to explore significant life moments.
Through meditation, creative writing, and art making the participants will experience a process which will deepen understanding and awareness of life changes.
This workshop is meant to challenge the tendency to label moments as "good or bad", instead, by exploring ways to honor and incorporate life experiences we can uncover newfound resilience, dignity, and empowerment when faced with the ups and downs of life.
Come experience a workshop that honors process over product, engaging in Expressive Arts as a form of healing and empowerment!
