From Classrooms to Life: Christel House Short Documentary Screening
From Classrooms to Life: A Global Journey of Transformation
Join us for a private screening of From Classrooms to Life: A Global Journey of Transformation - a powerful short documentary that captures the global impact of the education nonprofit Christel House and the remarkable stories of students and families whose lives have been transformed through its schools.
Produced by award-winning production company, Moirai Films, the film was shot in India, South Africa, Mexico, Jamaica, Colombia and the United States. Through intimate storytelling and striking visuals, the documentary brings to life how Christel House’s proven 18-year model delivers lasting economic mobility - empowering students from impoverished backgrounds from early childhood through adulthood with world-class education, healthcare, life skills, and extended career guidance.
Today, Christel House alumni include doctors, engineers, educators, and changemakers - a testament to how the power of opportunity can unlock human potential.
What began as a single school in Mexico City in 1998 has grown into a global network spanning multiple countries and impacting more than 25,000 students over two decades. Christel House now stands at a pivotal moment, with rapid expansion underway to open new schools and transform the life outcomes of thousands more students in the years ahead. Join our journey!
