In this panel discussion, the University’s media relations team, Sunni Brown and Lauren Anesta, will share insights on how media engagement can elevate the visibility and impact of scholarship. Sunni and Lauren help faculty translate their expertise for broader audiences, connect with journalists, and bring their research into public conversations. You’ll also hear directly from two faculty colleagues, leadership studies professor Jessica Flanigan and chemistry professor Julie Pollock, who have successfully worked with the media relations team to extend the reach of their work, offering practical insights and a firsthand perspective on the benefits of engaging with the media.
