Sexual Harassment Prevention Training is mandatory for all staff annually as required by New York State and New York City. Employers are required to provide training and adopt a policy that meet specific requirements. As an Agency we are committed to providing a work environment that is free of all types of harassment and builds a culture of dignity, respect, and tolerance. The course features interactive video and activities.

Topics include:

• Preventing sexual harassment
• Responding to complaints of sexual harassment promptly and thoroughly
• Goddard’s policies 

To receive training credit and a certificate of completion:

• Cameras must be on and facing you. If your camera is not working, please notify the facilitator. Participants without an active camera will not receive a certificate.
• Active participation is required. Our trainings are interactive and require engagement throughout the session.
• Late arrivals: Participants who arrive more than 15 minutes late will not be admitted and will not receive credit.
• Individual registration is required. Each participant must register through Corsizio to receive a certificate. Sharing a screen without registering will not qualify for credit.
