In this 1.5-hour hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the basic techniques of painting with buttercream using a set of palette knives—no piping bags required!

Each participant will receive:

• A pre-iced vanilla cake ready to decorate
• A “paint palette” of colored buttercreams
• A personal set of palette knives
• Step-by-step instruction on creating beautiful textured designs using palette knife techniques

You’ll explore how to blend, layer, and sculpt buttercream to create a stunning impressionistic strawberry design. By the end of class, you’ll take home your fully decorated cake—along with your own set of palette knives to continue creating at home.
