Cake as Canvas: Strawberry Fields
Let cake be your canvas!
In this 1.5-hour hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the basic techniques of painting with buttercream using a set of palette knives—no piping bags required!
Each participant will receive:
- A pre-iced vanilla cake ready to decorate
- A “paint palette” of colored buttercreams
- A personal set of palette knives
- Step-by-step instruction on creating beautiful textured designs using palette knife techniques
You’ll explore how to blend, layer, and sculpt buttercream to create a stunning impressionistic strawberry design. By the end of class, you’ll take home your fully decorated cake—along with your own set of palette knives to continue creating at home.
Note: All fees are non-refundable, last day to register is May 4th.
