IT Help Desk & Computer Usage Support

This training is mandatory for all new employeess and optional for all seasoned employees.

This training provides an orientation and/or refresher on managing your computer, telephone, and emails. Topics include:

  • Set-up and navigation of Microsoft Office Suite 365
  • How to manage TEAMS and Zoom
  • Sending and Receiving faxes using our eFax service
  • Navigate and Troubleshoot the copy machines
  • Set up and navigation of Vonage Communication Services
  • Spotting and reporting spam and phishing emails
  • Brief introduction to security and privacy policies and processes
  • General troubleshooting

To receive training credit and a certificate of completion:

  • Cameras must be on and facing you. If your camera is not working, please notify the facilitator. Participants without an active camera will not receive a certificate.
  • Active participation is required. Our trainings are interactive and require engagement throughout the session.
  • Late arrivals: Participants who arrive more than 15 minutes late will not be admitted and will not receive credit.
  • Individual registration is required. Each participant must register through Corsizio to receive a certificate. Sharing a screen without registering will not qualify for credit.
  • Please keep your microphone muted unless speaking or participating in discussion.
